We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Celltrix. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work for mobile parts and accessories. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in original factory condition.
- All packaging, stickers, warranty labels, plastics, and protective films must be intact and untampered.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Used, installed, or tested items
- Physically damaged items (cracks, burns, bent frames, pressure marks, etc.)
- Items with removed, broken, or tampered warranty stickers
- Wrong model ordered by the customer
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked)
Defective or Incorrect Item Received
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We may require clear photos/videos showing:
- The defect or issue
- The product with label and barcodes visible
- Packaging and any included materials
After reviewing your claim, we will offer an exchange, replacement, or store credit depending on stock availability.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request:

- Include your order number and the item you want to return
- Explain the reason for return and attach photos/videos (if applicable)
- Wait for our team to approve and provide return instructions
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued as:
- Store credit, or
- Refund to original payment method (if applicable)
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless:
- A wrong item was sent by us
- The product is confirmed defective upon inspection
