Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. As a general guideline:
- Within major cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, or unexpected events outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected courier service. Any available free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website or at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If Cash on Delivery is available for your location, it will appear as a payment option during checkout. Please ensure that:
- Someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel.
- Your address and phone number are correct and active.

- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and contents.
