Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects as described in our Warranty Policy. Physical damage, liquid damage, installation errors, or tampered warranty stickers void the warranty.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted according to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned within the allowed period.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors. Celltrix is not liable for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.

9. Limitation of Liability

Celltrix is not liable for indirect damages, installation failures, device malfunctions, loss of data, business interruption, or any damage resulting from use of purchased parts.
