Return & Refund Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Celltrix. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work for mobile parts and accessories. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: The item must be unused and in original factory condition. All packaging, stickers, warranty labels, plastics, and protective films must be intact and untampered. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
